abjee Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and abjee ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the abjee online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services and any related features accessible via https://abjee.pro and its associated subdomains.

By registering an account, depositing funds, claiming any bonus or promotion, or using any service provided by abjee, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the abjee platform and close your account.

To register and maintain an abjee account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. abjee strictly enforces this age restriction and will require identity documents to verify your age during the KYC process.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is permitted under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that your participation is legal where you are based.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any platform or national exclusion register, and must not have been previously banned or suspended from abjee for any reason.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information provided at any stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must hold only one active abjee account at any time. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

abjee reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement at any time may result in account suspension, termination and forfeiture of funds in line with applicable regulatory requirements.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your abjee account. abjee shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this section.

All financial transactions on abjee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following deposit and withdrawal methods are available for Bangladesh players:

• bKash — available for both deposits and withdrawals, processed directly through the bKash mobile wallet integration.
• Nagad — available for both deposits and withdrawals, processed directly through the Nagad mobile wallet integration.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — available for deposits and withdrawals via the Rocket mobile banking service.
• Upay — available for deposits and withdrawals via the Upay mobile wallet service.
• Bank Transfer — available for qualifying accounts via direct bank transfer to and from major Bangladesh banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing times are displayed in your account payment section at the time of request. abjee does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which abjee accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (return-to-source policy), except where technically not possible. All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. abjee reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

abjee offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives to eligible Bangladesh players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms at the time of claim.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player per promotion, unless specific promotion terms state otherwise. abjee reserves the right to determine whether any player qualifies for a given promotion.
• abjee reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus, free spin credits or bonus-derived winnings if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including bonus-hunting, arbitrage or coordinated exploitation via multiple accounts.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts under any circumstances.
• abjee reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion prior to any modification will be subject to the terms that applied at the time of their claim.

Players are responsible for understanding the wagering requirements and any time limits attached to a bonus before claiming it. abjee support is available 24/7 to clarify any bonus terms prior to claim. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms.

In the event of a technical failure or software error that interrupts a game or produces an erroneous result, abjee reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players' accounts. abjee will not be liable for losses arising from unavoidable technical failures. In any game-outcome dispute, the decision of abjee's technical team shall be final.

abjee is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladesh players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every account holder at no charge, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts in ৳ BDT to control your spending.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material on the abjee platform without the prior written consent of abjee. Unauthorised use of any abjee content, trademarks or intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abjee, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the abjee platform; any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; or unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

abjee does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

abjee reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• The account holder is found to have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information at any point, including during registration or KYC verification.
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct is detected, including bonus abuse, multi-accounting or any activity that abjee reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering, fraud or cheating.
• A player requests self-exclusion or is identified as a problem gambler requiring intervention under abjee's responsible gaming obligations.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements. abjee will not be liable for consequential losses arising from account suspension or termination where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms.

abjee collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://abjee.pro/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the abjee platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

abjee uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions between your device and the platform. Personal data is processed for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance and customer support. abjee does not sell personal data to third parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedy.

abjee reserves the right to revise and update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting to https://abjee.pro/terms-conditions. abjee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders of material changes via email or an in-platform notification, but it remains your responsibility to check this page regularly.

Your continued use of the abjee platform following any posted revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
